This is a very hard to find Dragon Models brand action figure 1/6 scale, Buzz Aldrin, NASA astronaut and moonwalker. I do not know anything about this piece, let me know if you have questions or if you need additional photos. He does have a broken foot and helmet, there is some red paint on his neck (from rubbing red edge), it may come off, I wiped it with a damp paper towel and it did not, I can't imagine it is very visible when the helmet is in place.
