Measures approximately 1-1/2" in height. I am not sure the material. Non-Ferrous. Poss...ibly copper.
Very Good condition. May have been painted initially. General age and handling wear. Please see pics.

First Class is determined by shape and weight, Media Mail and Parcel Post are determined solely by weight.
