That's what makes a star note 6-10 times more rare than the issued note. In this case, the entire 100 notes are all star notes. 100 sequentially numbered star notes!! A very rare occurrence indeed!... ALL GEM! According to the catalog, a single note is worth $60 which would make this pack reasonably worth $6000! A fresh one pack series 2013 $10 Federal Reserve Note. Fr 2042-B* with sequential serial numbers MB00060601* all the way to MB00060700*! A FRN pack from New York ranging from 65s to 68s! Express International
You may consider $63.00 which includes up to 30 notes with over 30 items the cost will increase 0.50 cents extra per note)
Or we can also still ship Registered insured mail at $28 with 0.35 cent extra per note.
Express international mail takes 10-14 days and registered insured mail takes 30-60 days.
Both methods are exact cost at the United States Post Offices and are fully insured.

USA From $201-$500 ::Pay Priority Mail $12.50
USA Over $501-$100K::Pay Express Overnight mail $25.00
