This gorgeous vintage Taxco sterling silver circular brooch features a star with repousse center dome, surrounded by eight repousse crowns, circa 1930's-40's. It measures 2 1/2" in diameter. Marked STERLING, TAXCO, 925 (stylized). This brooch is attributed to Taxco artist, Jose Anton, whose work was masterfully handmade and detailed. It's in excellent vintage condition with no damage or repairs. The early pinback is in perfect working order.
