This rare long bread dish is in excellent condition with no dents, damage or loss of plating.It measures 19” long x 9” wide and is 3 1/2” deep. It has a beautiful rapouse edge with floral borders and patterned edges.
So useful an item for special occasions. It has never had much use it seems and I would guess it was earth 20th century...but it is only a guesstimate. There is no maker’s mark to be helpful and would think it was part of a very large household...’s equipment which was made especially for them.
It is a very heavy dish and the plating is very thick.
