The Caliber 214 Tuning Fork movement.
Cleaned the exterior.
Cleaned the dial, crystal (inside and out) and the hands.
Disassembled, cleaned and oiled the friction points and regulated the timingto run properly on the modern, easy to buy/inexpensive 1.55v 387S (or 394) battery!
Very nice condition of the exterior.
Original Swiss made Accutron 214 movement.
This has been adjusted to run "Dead on balls accurate, " as Marisa Tomei (My Cousin Vinny) would say, on the modern 394 battery.
No need for any "tricks" or add ons that might upset the Coil Assembly.Why "Fix it if it ain't broken?"No need for changes to the Electronics.Why spend $12 for a battery that lasts +/- 9 months?!

DEEP cleaned!
Friction points and setting crown oiled!
New "Clark" 735 & 736 Battery and Case Gaskets installed.
Fully cleaned the case including "graining" the caseback, battery cover and back set crown!
Incredible original, classic Bad Arse combination!
I disassembled the caseback elements, gently "polished" everything including the locking nut, deep cleaned and greased the adjustment crown.
As it SHOULD be!
Classic understated timepiece. Why ruin another collectible by tossing the dial and hands just to make anothercheesy/low value "Spaceview" FAKEVIEW by putting a repro crystal and hand set on a beauty?
No need to alter and stress the electronics on this beauty... thereby devaluing it!This beauty starts right up... no need for the "Love Tap!"Why "coat" the Coils... adding stress and trapping the windings and limiting movement?70% of the Coil issues are on the Battery side (due to owners using incorrect batteries back in the day)... NOT the Component side!Stop wasting time over-bidding Frankensteined FAKES, from the U.K., when you can have the genuine article.Why buy an over "engineered" parts bin mess from a part-time "hobbyist" who throws together a multitude of parts?What value does that have now... much less in the future?! It'll be nothing more than what it is... an altered mess!
98% of the "Spaceviews" here are eBay are "converted" Fakeviews... "Spaceviews" that have been converted from watches that were never issued by Bulova as Spaceview models...but the dials were removed and cheesy aftermarket crystals and hands were installed to profit from and feed the hungry "Spaceview" market.If you want to nearly guarantee that you buy a Fakeview...look for the Chop Shops in GA, VA, Seattle, Bulgaria and the UK.They spit them out, by the dozens every month, to unsuspecting buyers for profit... thereby ruining classic collectible watches by the thousands.Why buy junk? Why feed the destructive beast?
Invest in a Classic that you can be proud of... and that will retain value and save vintage Horology.
