Vintage Marantz 2225 Stereo Receiver (serviced), LED Upgrades.
This receiver comes with a beautiful, custom built case with walnut veneer and a stunning finish. If will be the centerpiece of any collection.
The receiver has been serviced, i.e., DC bias adjustment and the controls have been cleaned. All inputs and outputs work without issue. The lights have been upgraded to LEDs; however, it has not been recapped. But it still performs and sounds... fantastic.
The new case was built in Germany and sold for about $140, subtract that from the asking price and this receiver is priced to sell!!
I decided to thin my collection and debated long and hard about this receiver, it's a beautiful workhorse.
