Original Description:
Conn Coprion 21B Trumpet 1975 - YamaConn - Nice Case and Conn  7C MP  - Bore: .458 - Serial# GJ521***

Nice playing rare horn a Yamaha influenced Conn trumpet with Coprion Bell which was only manufactured for a couple years as the bell's were for to expensive to include on student model instruments any longer. This is the last version of the Coprion Director trumpets. Horn has 85% lacquer, scratches and scuffs, with smooth valve action, nice 3rd slide and excellent comp...ression. I did some bell flair and tail work and solder work on the 3rd slide housing and brace.  Case is solid with good latches and hinges, comes with an original Conn 7C mouthpiece.

I am a collector and hobbyist technician that is currently expanding. My main focus is on vintage, less known and less appreciated cornets and trumpets as well as student models. Full restores are offered on occasion, I specialize in refurbishing and collecting original condition horns.

THIS INSTRUMENT IS SOLD AS-IS with no return, please look at all the pic's and ask questions before bidding or purchasing please.

UpYourBrass shop policies are single tolerance, all listed horns get the same treatment unless otherwise mentioned in the listing which will either be $.99 As-Found instrument or horns that are stripped and or restored. All of my instruments are serviced and photographed by me so no back of the house guys telling the front of the house it's ready.

UpYourBrass does not just oil valves and grease slides to get horns into PLAY READY condition, all horns from start to finish receive:
3 stage Tesch green clean of horn and all components (Emerald Degreaser, Power Brass Acid, Classic Brass Alkaline)

Horn is then wiped clean and or hand polishedCases opened, aired out, disinfected vacuumed, sometimes minor repairs are completed (Note, some old cases will have residual smell)Horns are photographed on the UpYourBrass Poker Table, disassembled and checked for proper fit againHorns then stored with my collection and available for local sale as well as Ebay (horns sold locally will be removed)Ebay sales all go through my bench test and are played one more time before being certified ready to ship to youFedex Ground and Home Delivery are UpYourBrass prefered shipping methods, all horns fully insured."You will most likely not find this amount of work done to horns at your local music shop or on Ebay horns unless they are completely restored"***Refurbished horns should be cleaned in a warm water bath with mild detergent after your first play session, don't forget, to never mix oils, they are all different and mixing them can lead to dirt buildup and sluggish valves. I highly recommend the use of spitballs regularly to clean any residual debris from your instrument, remember vintage horns have sometimes been sitting for a very long time, you as an instrument owner should clean your instrument regularly._______________________________________________________________________________________________UpYourBrass Policies (please read)Shipping Terms and Conditions: Fedex Ground or Home Deliverey flat rate or FREE shipping offered on all horns in the lower 48 states, APO, AK and HI please write for a shipping quote prior to bidding or purchasing.
