You are bidding on a pc of 1919 Russia USSR Paper banknote with Chinese, English and Arabic wordings for communist manifesto "Workers of the World, Unite!". The note is in used circulated condition with a pinhole on the front right edge. I accept payment in the form of Paypal for international buyers except for bidders from Singapore and Malaysia. For bidders from Singapore and Malaysia, payment is through Cash on Delivery or POSB/Maybank bank transfe...r only. Payment have to be received 7 days from end of auction or a non-paying bidder warning and negative feedback will be posted. Shipping is $10.25 for registered airmail with tracking information. Same shipping rates will applies even if you are from Singapore/Malaysia or for cash on delivery, pls refrain from bidding if you are not able to meet the terms and requirements.
