I plugged it in and it does not appear to work....looks like a fun project. Handle may be bakelite. Weighs 6.7 lbs. Measures 11" x 5 1/4" and stands 7 3/4" high. Reads: KILOCYCLES and Emerson Radio and Phono Corp. It is in used condition as pictured.<p>Most items we sell are antique or vintage. Unless otherwise stated, all items have been used.
