This is an Extremely Rare Vintage Citizen "Elegance" 6350 Triple Calendar Moon Phase Quartz Watch.
They are highly collectible. While you can find them out there for parts, and they are pretty beat up, this one is in the best condition I've seen in a while, and since I collect moon phase watches, I'm always on the lookout for another one to add to my collection.
But, time to make room for other ones, so this one is up for grabs now.
The crystal is clear and appears ...unscratched. The case has a few very small dings in the bezel. The back has only a few very light scratches. For a watch this age and vintage, it is extremely well preserved.
The main movement has the highly unusual FOUR hands, indicating:HourMinuteSecondNumerical Date (outer dial)The Sub-Dial at the 9 o'clock position indicates the Day of the WeekThe Sub-Dial at the 3 o'clock position indicates the MonthAnd the greatest feature of all is the spinning Sub-Dial-Back-Face that reveals a star studded night sky, with the moon displayed in its current phase, indicating if it is waxing or waning. The moon displayed on this spinning back-dial will point to an index that is numbered for the 29 1/2 day cycle to tell you how many days into the lunar cycle that the moon currently is at.This complication-filled watch is an absolute joy to look at, and invites your mind up into the star-filled sky.
