COOKING:1. Use the same cooking techniques you use with any style cookware so that food doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
2. Avoid using high temperatures.
3. Avoid the use of metal utensils to keep integrity of the enameled surface. Wood utensils are recommended.
CLEANING:
1. To clean use nylon pads to remove excess food and wash with soapy water.
2. Never use metal pads to clean or any abrasive product such as Ajax or Comet. They will damage the enamel.
3. To clean burnt food off the pan: a. Add water, covering all the burnt spots, and bring it to a boil.
b. Add baking soda and watch it bubble up. This will help loosen the burnt food.
c. You may help it along by scraping it with a wooden utensil. This will not harm the enamel.
