Rare Vintage Hermes Silk Scarf Tropiques by Laurence Bourthoumieux BlackBorder This beautiful and hard to find Hermes silk scarf is entitled “Tropiques”and was designed by LaurenceBourthoumieux (first edition in 1987). This colorway is from an earlyedition. This scarf has a black border and a very colorful pattern. It measuresapprox. 90 cm x 90 cm (35” x 35”).It is gently used, in good vintage condition except for thefollowing imperfections:
The hems are mostly... plump and intact except on a 2 cm portion were it isundone
There is a tiny hole on a border (2mm), a tiny snag and a few marks onthe border (see pictures)
There are two long pulled threads (see picture)
The caretag has been gently removed
There is a very faint perfume smell
