This item is a vintage 1953-55 Kiefhaefer Mercury Mark 5, 5 horse power, 2 cycle outboard motor. Everything looks good. I was told at the auction where I bought it that it runs. I did not try to start it, but pulled the rope to see that it had good compression and it does. That is the way I am selling it. May need some work but should run. The sn is 766732 and from my research that should date it from 1953 to 55. Shipping in the continental US only for $125. Dep...ending on where the buyer lives it could be less.
