Vintage Alvarez 5014 Acoustic Guitar in working used condition. I'll admit i was disappointed when I first got this guitar. It was strung lefty, the nut and saddle were both messed up.. But it definitely head good bones so i cleaned it up, installed a new bone nut and saddle and strung it with a set of Martin silk and steel custom light 11.5s and good God this thing plays quite nice and sounds wonderful. It has a soft v-neck which is unusual for this era. I have a couple old parlors ki...nd of similar to it and I like it :-).I'm not a fan of headstock repairs, this one was done before I got the guitar and while it's not the prettiest, it certainly is solid. My buddy who does fix guitars professionally said it will break somewhere that before it breaks there I'm not a pro though, I just play guitar and tinker a little :-)Guitar is sold as is, as shown, as described. It has dings and dents and cracks and has various repairs and unrepaired dings as pictured.Guitar will be packed well and shipped with strings loosened.
