Silver capstan shape desk inkwell, fully hallmarked in Birmingham in 1919 with the makers mark M & J, which is Marsons & Jones. Nice quality and in good condition with a few marks on the bottom edge, and a slight lift on the lid. The width is 10.6cms and height 5.5cms, and the weight is 246.8gms ( the base is loaded to stop it falling over ).
