Offered is a light green VTG Metal Three Shelf Bar Tea Serving Rolling Utility Cart (electrical). It has not been assembled. The bag with the screws and bolts had a hole in it so I am uncertain if all of them are included. All 4 castors are in the bag.the cart is about 32” tall and the shelves are about 24” side to side and 14” front to back. This does have the option for the power cord to be placed on the cart.
