STUNNING JAPANESE STYLE VINTAGE CASE-LIGHTER.
IMMACULATE CONDITION.
PERFECT WORKING ORDER.
This is a beautiful ladies black enamel & gold plated Cigarette Case with integrated petrol lighter & face powder compact.
I've never seen another one like it. This one is in incredibly good cosmetic condition. There's no damage at all and only microscopic signs of wear. It looks like it's never been used. This is a gorgeous item in immaculate condition. A "must-have" for any ...serious collector of vintage petrol lighters.
The inside has a beautiful engine-turned pattern in gilt, with spring loaded clips to hold the cigarettes in place. Inside the flip up lid on the front is a glass mirror. Under the lid is the face-powder pad with the original pad & the gauze filter, which prevents any spilling of the powder.
To operate the lighter you open the cigarette case lid, take out a cigarette, then when you snap the lid closed it flips open the snuffer, which is operated by a semi-automatic mechanism & this lights the wick.
You'll never find another one like it, especially in this amazing, near-mint condition.
I will be sending it by MyHermes Couriers because Royal Mail have a policy of confiscating any lighters found & destroying them, which would be a tragedy.
Local collection is acceptable.
