Awaiting your purchase is a wonderful sterling silver teaspoon made by the Watson Company of Attleboro, Massachusetts, for Portland, Oregon, to commemorate the Lewis and Clark Centennial Exposition held there in 1905. The front of the handle ends in a twin portraits of the explorers Lewis and Clark above an angel between banners dated 1805 and 1905, a ribbon bearing the word "Oregon", a ship and a buoy on the ocean, a steam train, and a fish. On the back are detailed pictures of Mount ...Hood and the Multinomah Falls, and the words "Official Pres. H. W. Goode", and "Copyright 1904 by Jos. E. Straker".
