Original Description:
This is a G.H.Q."AERO" .518 cid, Spark ignition engine from 1938. It has good compression and turns over smoothly. It 's equipped with a Champion spark plug. The timer ignition points are new. I found out that 1936-48 ford 85 hp flathead V-8 ignition points are what was used in these engines (perfect fit).  As shown in the pictures, it's missing the spray bar and needle valve. I don't have a replacement. It was completely disassembled cleaned inside and out. All the spli...t crankcase, cylinder head, and crankcase gaskets were replaced. It is in , over all, "very" good condition. The custom polished bronze display stand is included.Questions?
