VAM~4 TailbarThis coin is a Top 100 and a WOW! Morgan VAM. A golden amber toned extrafine 40 plus🤔example of the rare VAM~4 Tailbar Morgan. This one still has some scattered spl fields on both sides, through the legends, date and around the lady Liberty.(close ups) More noticeable on the reverse.🧐This coin is circulated. She has great edges and rims~not damaged at all, although she does sho...w wear. More tone than luster on this circulated coin, ~The original PL strike qualities do still show to the naked eye. A great example of this VAM4 CC 1890 Morgan dollar.😁
No provenance. It may have been cleaned a long time ago, it has very nice toning now. Golden amber.Looks extrafine40+,
with some SPL aspects in legends, fields, date and around the portrait to me.

Diagonal die gouge in back of eye.Reverse C3d- Die Gouge from junction of eagle's tail feathers down to wreath.Centered V CC mint mark tilted to right with vertical spikes of metal at top of both C's just to the left of serif.Comments:1.
