Sterling Silver Manicure SetA sterling silver manicure set. It is near complete but missing the scissors. And one item is not part of the set but the shape does match well. This item is in the lowest slot on photo 1 and is hallmarked for 1922 where all other items are hallmarked for 1917. The 1922 item has dents and the hallmarks are faded but readable. The other implements also have minor surface dents. The lids on the glass jars both have dents (see photo 3). One has a lar...ger dent than the other. The nail buffer padding is worn with holes. All items have minor surface scratches and need a light polish but otherwise all items are good and sturdy. The case is good and sturdy but the external covering (leather) has scuffs, scratches, stains and faded areas throughout. With corners having peel on the leather. Internally the base fabric is faded and stained. The lid lining is faded with snags and stains. The 'hinge' fabric is worn and frayed. More pictures on request. Terms Postage costsI try to be fair with postage costs. However, I often take many items to the post office at the same time and I may occasionally have misjudged your package weight but failed to notice at the counter. I will obtain a proof of postage receipt for all items and am happy to send a copy to you. Proof of postage does not have tracking details. There will be a choice of postal options on checkout. If you require tracked, please click the correct option at checkout. I go to the post office every day often twice but on Saturday only once at 9am. If you would like your package posted on Saturday, please pay before 9am.Late or Missing PackagesPlease note I obtain proof of postage on all packages. I do not have any control when a package will arrive and occasionally items arrive after the estimated delivery date. This may be due to bad weather, postal or aviation industrial action, natural disaster or unforeseen delays in the postal system. If you package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact me and I will look into it.Flaws and ReturnsAll my items come from local auctions.
