This is a complete, CLEANED vintage COLUMBIAN brand blacksmith post vise. It has a 5-3/4" wide jaw, 7-1/2" jaw opening, 40-1/2" long, and is stamped "70" to indicate that it weighs 70 pounds. It has been completely disassembled, and each piece has been hand cleaned to remove loose rust and dirt. The surfaces where then oiled to protect and prevent further rusting. It has been fully tested, can be open and closed with one finger, and jaws close tight and parallel... to each other. The jaws are in pretty good shape, with only minor nicks (see pictures).
