Estate. Daughter thinks it's from the 40's or no later than the early 50's when her grandmother made it.She washed it to try to remove the yellowing caused by age. This caused the edge to ravel. See pictures 3, 4, 5 and 6 for details.The white areas are still lightly yellowed and a few very light darkened areas. See pictures 4, 6, 9, 11 and 12 for details. The edges are shown on a bright white bedspread underneath that emphasizes the difference.The hand piecing ...is extremely light stitching. I can't imagine anyone sewing this small. See pictures 8 and 10.There are some loose threads that show on the solid areas. These are threads that came loose when it was washed. There are no cuts, tears, unsewn areas or any damage other than the items listed above.
