We recently were able to buy out a jewelry store in Iowa. The owner closed the store suddenly in order to take advantage of a great business deal. It was a modern, up-to-date, and clean store. They took good care of their tools and were using them right up until we bought them. I will be selling these tools this week and weeks to come.
