Vintage 40s/50s Gamewell Ford Motor Co Signaling System Fire Alarm Bell Call Box

Vintage 1940's/1950's/1960's or older rare and hard to find very heavy metal fire alarm bell system pull station box marked embossed with "Ford Motor Co., Signaling System, The Gamewell Co., Newtown, Mass., Game Well, Reg US Pat Off.". This pull station box unit has the spring loaded "Pull Handle, Pull Down" pull down door with the thick round convex clear glass lens still there and the pull down lever inside the door. It has a metal "431" box number tag plate attached to the door belo...w the Gamewell logo. This main main door is locked and cannot be opened. There is no key. The box measures 16 1/2" to 17" tall by 11" wide by 8" deep including the pull door handle. It weighs over 25 lbs. so I think all of the internal parts are in there but I cannot guarantee that. It is factory painted red. The back top has a small part of the threaded pipe with wires remaining. I can hear some items inside the box when the box is moved from side to side. The firebox shows lots of storage wear with flaking paint, surface wear to the spring-loaded door, etc. This box is sold as is and as pictured with returns not accepted. $75.00 USPS postage.
