Product Description This item is pre-owned, in vintage condition. This item may have signs of wear typical... of regular use (such as scratches, scuffs, or marks.) Due to being a vintage item. this Klopp coin counter has very clear signs of use, as well as minor corrosion on the metal surfaces. I've attempted to test the coin counter to a degree but couldn't figure out exactly how it works. It seems that at bare minimum, the hand crank spins properly. Due to these issues and other potential issues not immediately obvious, this item is being sold AS-IS, with absolutely NO RETURNS.
