ATTRACTIVE ART DECO PIERCED SILVER FOOTED BON-BON DISH - B'HAM 1932 - 3.71ozt ATTRACTIVE ART DECO PIERCED SILVER FOOTED BON-BON DISH - B'HAM 1932 - 3.71ozt This is a very attractive looking, Art Deco, pierced English sterling silver footed bon-bon dish in a good useful size and with a good weight. I have pictured the beautiful pierced decoration close-up so that you can make a judgement. It has been ...assayed in Birmingham during 1932 by S J Levi & Co as pictured. Standing just less than 1.5" high with a top rim diameter of approximately 5.5", the bowl weighs in at 115.5g which equates to 3.71 troy ounces. It has the typical light, faint surface scuffs and scratches that all silver objects tend to acquire over the years but nothing nasty or serious as far as I can tell. There are no particular dents, dings or misshapes anywhere to highlight as far as I can tell.This beautiful and eye-catching pierced silver dish is being offered for auction here in a used vintage condition, exactly as pictured and with no reserve.
