About Us
Tynedale Hospice at Home was founded in 1993 and today provides at home nursing care, transport and pre and post bereavement support to children, adults and families in the communities of Tynedale, West Northumberland and Ponteland. We must raise more than 90% of our annual funds through fundraising and charitable donations, and we make the most of every penny we receive. £30 will provide 1 hour of direct nursing care. £60 will pay for one journey to and from hospital for one of our patients. £215 will pay for a bereavement support group session for adults.
