This is an extremely rare piece of Mattel history. The figure itself is a Mattel sample which is properly heat branded on the right shoulder. The character is a very rare dark haired variant in excellent condition. There is minimal storage wear and the figure is very tight. He's beautiful as seen in the pictures. His hands are still supple and his arms do not show use. There are no melt marks under his armpits. This example is in amazing condit...ion for a loose item, but since it was never boxed for resale, and was a sample... it is almost beyond the expected. We know how topackage and ship collectibles.
