Here is what I think is anold medical/surgical device, a blood transfusion kit. I don’t see any brandingand the only stamping is Germany and a medical insignia on the case top. Idon’t know much about this but there looks to be a large syringe, two corkfittings, a cork topper with a couple of valve, several needles, a length ofrubber tubing, and a nice shiny custom metal case.
