Vintage all original, rare and hard to find mid-late 1800's to early 1900's Civil war bullet Stanhope view souvenir. The Civil War bullet has a Stanhope viewer in the side that has a scene from the battle in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The view scene is captioned "3rd. Days Battle, Hancock's Ride Along The Line, Gettysburg, Pa". The bullet is attached to a leather pocketwatch pocket watch or key fob complete with buckle. These viewers were sold as commemorative souvenirs to tou...rists at Gettysburg from about 1870 or the end of the Civil War through the early 1900's. The Stanhope viewer has a very detailed vintage microphoto from the battle of Gettysburg. The scene can be viewed very clearly and the caption is very clear also. This item is in overall very good to excellent condition with some storage wear. It is sold as is and as pictured with returns not accepted. $15.00 insured USPS postage.
