This Claret Wine Jug is in the classic baluster shape of a traditional Armada Jug and the entire body of the jug decorated with an ...ornate chased and applied designs of floral and foliate patterns. The Jug stands on a spread pedestal food and has an impressive scroll handle with a mechanical mechanism that is squeezed to open the lid.
Marked by the Spanish silversmith, and with the five-pointed star.Period 1934 - 1985.
