    A PAIR OF LATE 19th CENTURY , GEORGIAN STYLE , SOLID SILVER
    SALAD OR PASTRY TONGS . 
    THE TONGS HAVE THE CRESCENT & CROWN MARK , TOGETHER
    WITH THE 800 SILVER MARK , FOR MADE IN GERMANY .
    UNFORTUNATEY THE MAKERS MARK IS UNREADABLE .
    SIZE :- 14.5 cm Long x 4.8 cm Wide . 
    WEIGHT :- 51.3 Grams .
    THERE ARE A COUPLE OF MINISCULE SIZED PIERCINGS... AT THE EDGE 
    OF THE ONE OF THE " SCOUPS " CAUSED BY THE " PUNCHING " OF THE
     HALLMARKS .
    THE " SCISSOR " ACTION OF THE TONGS  IS FIRM AND POSITIVE AND
    THERE IS NO DAMAGE OR REPAIRS WHATSOEVER .

    THIS IS AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF IT'S KIND !
