This is a very rare doll. She is called a pink luster because of the pale pink coloring under the clear glaze. The light brown hair color is sometimes called cafe au lait. She has beautifully painted features and an unusual tight sausage curl hair style. She has exposed ears. Her head is perfect except for a tiny chip on the end of her little nose. I bought this doll at auction so I don't know her history. She came to me with a repaired shoulder p...late, I don't know how extensive. She was also on the old hand made cloth body seen here. The body looks old and I think it's stuffed with sawdust. It's very well made and firm but I'm sure it's not original. Her porcelain arms and legs are undamaged. Someone put the green glass necklace on her, I rather liked it and added the glass tear-drop. The necklace can easily be removed. She came to me with no clothing so I made her some. She has cotton pantaloons and a matching half slip. Her frothy ecru dress is made from old repurposed sheer crinkle fabric. This is an extremely rare doll and she's ready to display. The doll stand is not included. I ship out of the continental US with Global International Shipping only. PayPal payment only. I now require signature ID on all packages unless otherwise requested. Thank you for looking at my auction.
