VintageEnesco Animated Music Box, Treasure Chest of Toys, plays "ToySymphony", dated 1986, with original box. Excellent vintage condition, andin perfect working order.This isone of Enesco's most memorable pieces. Plays "Toy Symphony", whenwinding the key in the back of chest, and moving the stick hobby horse to the leftto start and right to turn off. Thisstarts the music, and the toy soldiers begin revolving around the castle, thedoll dressed in her finest oscillates back and forth, an...d the top begins tospin. The monkey sitting on the right edge of the box is just too cute.Every 3D toy, kite, puppet strings, illustrated story books, are given incredibly greatdetail and attention. Unitmeasures approx. 7-1/2" height and 7" width.Comes withoriginal paper key which reads on the front side "To start: Wind up themusical and push the hobby horse down to the left" and on the back side ofthe key: "To stop: pull the horse up to the right."Themusical box has the original Enesco label on the base, marked "EnescoMusical 'Toy Symphony'".Also comeswith the original box, complete with the original packing foam. Box shows alittle wear from storage, and has a couple of minor tears. Printed on the sideend of box are the words to the song "Toyland".I am theoriginal owner, and have taken great care of this treasure. It has been enclosed in a wooden shelf, andis part of my own collection. Smoke-free home with no children.
