Here's a vintage, early stereo cartridge -- the M8D by Shure. Very often used in professional studios and radio stations back in the day. A real workhorse with killer sound, designed for tracking at 5-8 grams, rather heavy compared to today's standards. I used this cartridge in a Garrard turntable for many many years. That table is long gone but I hung on to this and just don't have need for it any longer. It has been output tested and is working fine. It's stereo of ...course, one of the first consumer stereo cartridges. NO STYLUS is included. Replacements are readily available here on eBay and all sorts of other internet sites. My last stylus was pretty well mangled and abused and I certainly wouldn't send it to anyone!
