Highly Collectable Paragon Sugar & Creamer China Set
Paragon - by appointment TO HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN Fine Bone China ENGLAND REGD.
This delightful, very hard to find set is a necessary addition or the start of an absolutely beautiful and unique collection but certainly can enhance any setting on its own. The mint green with dark rose contrast is absolutely stunning. The dainty gold accent on scalloped edges adds the perfect touch of elegance. I was tol...d by the previous owner that this set was exclusively used in a Queen Elizabeth Hotel; assuming it was a Stokes Limited MT. ROYAL Hotel in Montreal as stated on the box that it came in which is included with the sale. The sugar bowl is numbered as I have seen on other pieces in my research. I can't commit to the exact number but take a look in the photos.
Condition is excellent in consistency with age and history. I see no chips or cracks and only minor, if any, wear. Please see pictures for representation. I believe this set has lived in its box for many years based on the condition. Stray gilding and slight manufacturing imperfections are to be expected. I see nothing notable. If you choose to purchase this set, it will be carefully packaged to prevent breakage.
