Vintage Hal Empie Print of The Last Wagon, signed in pencil by the artist. It looks to be the original frame because the paper on the back still has Hal Empie's article in it about the artist and it's pretty heavy. Actual print size without the border is 14x18 and framed is 17x22. About the artist fits neatly in the back of the frame in a little pouch made just for it. Not sure what year this was made, the frame looks like 70's or 80's
