Here we have a brand new James Biddle & Co Frahm Vibrating Reed Tachometer 4000-8000 RPM, P/N 501938.

These are fantastic little vintage pieces of kit. They are able to read RPM without any external import... other than the vibrations. We have tested one of these on our mower and, providing it is attached to a solid part of the machine, it accurately reads the RPM of the engine. Absolutely genius!!
