Featuring Scrooge McDuck atop a chest of gold, this rare, early big figure was one of the first deigned and released by Disney Parks merchandise many years ago. According to the shipment numbers on the side of the box, only 525 Scrooge McDuck big figures were produced at the time, and it has long since been retired. In this figure, Scrooge sits atop a locked money box and holds in his hands a pile of gold and jewels. He is dressed in his black to hat an...d red and black coat, a tribute to his days in the comics and the star of Ducktales. Scrooge measures approximately 20 inches in height. Scrooge is in excellent condition, free from cracks, breaks, or significant chips. As pictured, there is a very minor loss to the paint on one of Scrooge’s spats and there is wear to the felt at the bottom of the figure, but it is exceptionally minor and does not impact the overall displayability of the figure. As this piece has been displayed, it does still have some superficial dust on it, but nothing a quick dusting wouldn’t remedy. Additionally, this piece comes packaged in its original shipping box and Styrofoam insert, the only way shipping such large and fragile figures is even possible. This is a rare figure in fantastic condition and would be a wonderful addition to any Disney big figure collection!
