Shipping and DeliveryAt Classic Darlings we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day. We dispatch orders Monday - Friday only. We do not dispatch on weekends.
ReturnsWe hope you will love your purchase from Classic Darlings but if you ever need to return an item to us you may do so within 30 days of delivery of your item.All items must be unworn and in the same sellable condition we dispatched them out to you with no odours ( smo...ke, pefume, pets etc ) and all labels / tags still attached. If any goods are received back to us in an unsaleble condition ie: damaged or worn we reserve the right to refuse your refund, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Please neatly fold all items and package them securely when returning them back to us.
We recommend using a trackable service when returning items and also keep all postage receipts as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit and claims cannot be made to cover losses without postage receipts.
Please also make sure that the postage service you use covers insurance for the value of goods you send in the event of losses or damages in transit.
Return delivery postage will only be refunded in the unlikely event we send you a faulty or incorrect item.Refunds will be issued within 5 days of receiving returned items but can take up to 7 days during busy periods, all refunds will be processed using the same payment method that you used to purchase your item and we will email you to notify you that your refund has been completed.
