Directly from the late 70's quartz fever, and according to its serial number, this watch was born in September 1977 in Japan.This watch is really a very nice example of what Seiko was able to achieve in terms of accuracy and style during these years:
-Stainless Steel case is really in nice condition for its age. Satin on the top and glossy on the sides and edges, it reaaly reflects the light very nicely. Some light marks and hairlines can be seen here... and there, but these are neary invisible when the watch is on the wrist.
-Hardlex crystal is in very nce condition, no scratch or dent.
-Beautiful textured silver dial in perfect condition. Indeces and hands are also free of defects.
-Quickset day/date can be achieved turning the crown pulled on its first position. Day can be set either in Englsh or Kanji.
-This 4823 quartz movement is really cose to perfection, no deviation of time during the days I had it my wrist before the sale. New battery has been installed.
-Original stainless steel bracelet is in perfect condition. It has its original "KQ" clasp and be set to almost every wrist size thanks to its buckle.
