SUDAN. 1902-21. Edward VII / George V. Camel Postman set to 5 piastres, including both 2 piastres. Ordinary Paper except for 2 piastres Purple & Orange-yellow which is on Chalky Paper. Watermark Star & Crescent. Unmounted Mint (4m Vermilion & Brown) / Light Mounted Mint, Mounted Mint ( the rest). Sg.18-27. Cat. £100.00+
Good copies with full perfs and large part to full original gum. The 2p Purple and Orange-yellow is a bottom marginal Cy...linder 2 copy. The 4m Vermilion & Brown is a top marginal copy mounted on the margin only. It has been folded between margin and stamp and is consequently fragile in that area.
1p and 5p have tiny expertisation marks on reverse.
There are odd gum bends and a little gum crazing here and there, but nothing seriously interfering with fine frontal appearance

ANY ITEMS to be delivered in the United Kingdom with a Purchase Price of more than £70.00 must be sent by Special Delivery.
