Circa 1970 released and sponsored by General Tire - nearly 50 years ago this Vintage and Rare poster: NFL Evolution of the Uniform 1920 - 1970. Featuring the Helmets team name and Conference for all 26 teams at the time. Also featuring the Uniforms from 1920 Decatur Staleys George Halas all the way to Buck Buchanan Kansas City Chiefs 1970 and every uniform in between. This... poster was part of a private Sports Memorabilia Collection purchased last and held in another private Collection since 2002. The Poster has been framed in a special poster frame and ready for mounting. The poster shows vibrant colors and detail - does have some areas of fray including the corners (see photos) and upper right corner has from early years been taped for repair of that corner. Also a few water marks but overall very good condition for a Vintage Poster of its age. This is a rare poster and not many are in existence - exact number unknown.
