1906 Registered postal stationery marked "Too Late for Registering" and "Unregistered" with the stamps cancelled by unclear ST HELENA postmarks. On the reverse is a partial PLYMOUTH SHIP LETTER postmark 6.SP.06 and a partial LONDON SE postmark 6.SEP.06
