Vintage Lombard Governor Chainsaw Model YS-21139 or maybe 3-16, There are 2 model numbers on it. If you're looking at this you probably know better than I what it is. Good for Parts or Repair, Doesn't turn over. Mostly Complete. Looks like 18" bar, has a 15" cut. Lots of good parts on it.
