See Scans. Commercial cover posted by air on April 30, 1949 from Kalbadevi, Bombay, India to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The 3 1/2 as stamps honoring Mahatma Gandhi are a block of ten. The cover was opened in a slightly uneven manner at the upper left corner. Additional glue was used upon dispatch at the bottom of the block to adhere the stamps to the envelope. Very good condition.
