This is quite an old hand crank saw and milling/grinding machine that was probably used in typesetting operations years ago to cut the type and grind the edges to match. Possibly may have been used by a jeweler.
The saw is sharp and the item shows little use other than it is very old and has some light surface rust that could easily be cleaned off. It is cast iron and steel, weighs about 9 ounces and is about 5 inches long. The saw blade is 1-3/8 inches in diameter.
