Unusual and a great addition to a collection
SG Catalogue No K14(3) with THE ROYAL PHILATELIC SOCIETY certificate of authenticity dated 29 Oct 2003.
The Certificate reads10s Pale Ultramarine - watercolour Anchor - white paper - used - is discoloured and has fortuitous bluing - is GENUINE
The stamp has been sealed by the RPS so no photo of the rear of the stamp is possible (it also made the photo of the front of the stamp more difficult due to reflection!)
The current Catalo...gue price for SG183a (without RPS certificate and without the bluing) is over £550 (+ 50% for well-centred and finely used examples)
